Brian Allen, a Mesa, Arizona, native, joined Udall Shumway in 1996. Since joining the firm, Mr. Allen has continued the firm’s 45-year tradition of representing injury victims. Mr. Allen’s practice focuses on protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured by the fault of others or by the abuses of insurance companies. His experience in injury and wrongful death litigation has included claims in such diverse areas as automobile, motorcycle, large truck and boat accidents, trip and fall incidents, dog attacks, and a wide variety of defective product cases. His experience also includes representation of individuals who have suffered injuries or death caused by medical mistakes in various medical specialties including emergency medicine, obstetrics, laboratory, general surgery, ophthalmology, anesthesia, and others. Many of Mr. Allen’s clients are Spanish-speakers. Having lived in and/or spent significant time in both Puerto Rico and Mexico, he has developed a great interest and proficiency in the Spanish language and a desire to continue his relationship with the Spanish-speaking community. As a result, Spanish-speaking referrals are encouraged and appreciated.
