Barbara Criswell joined Udall Shumway & Lyons in 1984. She is a member of our School Law group and legal assistant to attorney Denise Lowell-Britt. Barbara has worked in the legal field for more than 30 years. She was a certified court recorder for the New Mexico District Courts, attended two years at New Mexico State University with an emphasis in paralegal studies and was a member of the advisory committee to paralegal studies at the University of New Mexico – Gallup. Prior to joining Udall Shumway & Lyons, Barbara worked for the New Mexico District Courts as legal assistant and certified court recorder for the District judge for 3 years and in the Juvenile Probation Department of the District Court of New Mexico.
