Inmigración Basada en Empleo
Estados Unidos otorga dos tipos de visas a extranjeros: Visas de Inmigrante y Visas de No-Inmigrante. Las Visas de Inmigrante estan designadas a aquellos que pretenden reubicarse permanentemente en los Estados Unidos; por el contrario, las Visas de No-Inmigrante son de naturaleza temporal.
