Jill Osborne's practice emphasizes education law and employment law. She has represented several educational institutions and agencies. She has also represented public and private entities before federal and state administrative agencies, and in state and federal courts.

Ms. Osborne has extensive experience in all areas of education law. She provides advice and representation to her clients in issues ranging from teacher termination to civil rights. She also has vast and varied experience in all aspects of employment law. This experience benefits her clients, as she can thoroughly analyze the issues and provide clear, practical, and timely advice.

Before joining Udall, Shumway & Lyons in 2005, Ms. Osborne served as Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, and as a partner of Kerrin & Osborne, P.C., in Phoenix.

Ms. Osborne is licensed to practice before State Courts of Arizona and Kentucky, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce, and is also a member of the Arizona Council of School Attorneys. She has been a guest speaker and lecturer to attorneys, community organizations, and human resource professionals on education and employment law issues.
