Bert D. Millett focuses his practice primarily on business law, real estate transactions and property disputes. Mr. Millett prides himself on his ability to advocate effectively for his clients with an eye for detail and precision in the matters he handles. He is dedicated to giving each of his clients the type of personal attention and service they expect.

Mr. Millett has distinguished himself academically graduating with high distinction from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to attending law school at ASU, he managed a mid-sized business where he gained first hand experience in the legal issues presented to business owners. As a law student, Mr. Millett volunteered extensively in a variety of pro bono organizations and worked at the highest levels of both the State and Federal Governments.

Mr. Millett is a 5th generation Arizonan with close ties to his hometown, Mesa. In his spare time, he enjoys water sports, high adventure, hiking, cycling, chess, and playing with his daughters, Sage, Faith and Jane.
