Erin H. Walz is a litigation attorney with eleven years of experience, whose practice includes representation of individuals and business entities in a variety of civil litigation, including commercial contracts, partnership and corporate disputes and dissolutions, professional malpractice and land use and zoning cases.
Ms. Walz is admitted to practice before the Arizona, Illinois and Michigan state courts, and the federal courts. Her trial experience includes state and federal courts trial and appellate courts, as well as state supreme courts.
Prior to joining Udall, Shumway & Lyons, Ms. Walz practiced with a complex litigation and bankruptcy law firm in Phoenix Arizona, and with the Chicago, Illinois law firms of Hedlund & Hanley, LLC and Asperger Caraher, LLC. She also practiced law in Michigan for three years upon graduation from law school.
