Steve Everts has been selected for the third year in a row as a presenter at the prestigious Family Law Institute to be held January 28 and 29, 2010, at the Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale. The Family Law Institute was started in 2008 as the most advanced and popular in-state seminar on Family Law matters available and is co-sponsored by the State Bar of Arizona and The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Selection of the presenters is based primarily on ratings submitted by past attendees and seminar chairs. Steve's topic this year is "Dissipation of Community Assets," a subject that has become increasingly important under the present economic conditions both in Arizona and across the country.
