Le Dinh joined Udall Shumway & Lyons as a paralegal in 2008 and assists attorneys Roger C. Decker, R. Scott Currey and Erin H. Walz in our Firm’s Commercial Litigation group. She also assists attorneys throughout the office when working with our growing number of Vietnamese clients. Le is Chinese/Vietnamese and was born in Malaysia. English is her second language and her primary home language is Vietnamese.

Le has a Bachelor of Science is Business Administration and has worked in the legal field since 2003. Prior to joining the Firm, Le spent 4 years working in North Scottsdale assisting attorneys in the area of estate planning and corporate transaction. Specifically, Le drafted revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and qualified personal residence trusts; formed corporations, LLCs, partnerships and other business entities in various domestic and foreign jurisdictions; drafted initial documentation (i.e., articles of incorporation, by-laws, and LLC and partnership agreements); obtained name reservations and good standing certificates; compiled and maintained minute books and corporate records; prepared and filed annual reports and maintained foreign qualifications; drafted board and shareholder resolutions; prepared secretary’s and officer’s certificates; assisted with transaction closings and securities filings; and drafted other documents as needed.
