Fletcher Carpenter is a life-long Arizona resident. He worked at Udall Shumway while earning his undergraduate from ASU and returned to Udall Shumway as an attorney after law school at UCLA. Fletcher found that he is happiest when helping individuals who find themselves in difficult situations because they have been injured, abused, or mistreated. Fletcher litigates cases against nursing homes, product manufacturers, healthcare providers, distracted drivers, and others to protect vulnerable people from misconduct.

Sheri D. Shepard is an equity partner with Udall Shumway, PLC. Ms. Shepard solely practices in family law representing individuals in all areas of family law including but not limited to, divorce, paternity, child custody matters, grandparent visitation, child support, enforcement, modifications. By solely practicing in family law, Ms. Shepard can ensure that she continues to have the most up to date information regarding any changes and trends in the law and court system regarding families. Ms. Shepard is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and on the Fee Arbitration Committee with the State Bar of Arizona. She has also been appointed as a Judge Pro Tem for the family court for the last few years.
