Brittany M. Reiner
Brittany Reiner comes to Udall Shumway as an experienced trial attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at a school in Houston, Texas ensuring the school met all compliance needs to remain operational and best serve its students. Prior to focusing her practice in the education sector, Brittany was dedicated to child advocacy representing the State of Arizona Department of Child Safety, foster children, and foster parents in child abuse and neglect court proceedings for dependencies, guardianships, terminations, adoptions, and reunifications. Fun fact, Brittany has had two past clients named after her—one, a child whom she represented through a termination of parental rights who chose the name Brittany during adoption, and another whose siblings she represented in obtaining special immigrant juvenile status.
