David N. Ferrucci
David Ferrucci has over 15 years of commercial litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in Arizona, and other forums across the nation. He has handled a wide range of cases, including class actions, various complex commercial cases, and appeals. Mr. Ferrucci regularly represents clients in litigation in state and federal court in matters involving defamation, trademark infringement, trade secrets, and other matters involving general commercial litigation.
Mr. Ferrucci received Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy, with highest distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009, graduating in the top 7 percent of his class. Mr. Ferrucci is admitted to practice in both Arizona state and federal courts.
