Eli Enger
Mr. Enger began his career clerking with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. As a law clerk, Mr. Enger worked on both commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases where he developed a nuanced understanding of the laws and procedures applicable to bankruptcy. Following his clerkship, Mr. Enger practiced bankruptcy and labor & employment law in private practice. Prior to joining Udall Shumway, Mr Enger served as Assistant General Counsel for a college in the Pacific Northwest where he regularly provided counsel on matters related to education law, labor and employment law, and constitutional law. Mr Enger’s diverse background and experiences make him uniquely qualified to serve as your trusted legal advisor.
