Jason C. Chapman
Jason C. Chapman, a Mesa, Arizona native, joined Udall Shumway PLC in 2015. Mr. Chapman’s practice focuses on representing individuals who have been injured by the fault of others, namely medical providers. His experience includes representation of individuals who have suffered injuries or death caused by medical mistakes in various medical specialties including emergency medicine, obstetrics, general surgery, anesthesia and others. Mr. Chapman has also handled numerous cases involving unintended overdose caused by narcotic pain medication. Mr. Chapman started his legal career handling injury defense cases. This experience provides him a unique perspective into how insurance companies handle personal injury claims. He uses his experience as a former defense attorney to assist his personal injury clients to successfully prosecute their claims.
Mr. Chapman lives in Gilbert with his wife and their four children. Mr. Chapman’s son, Caleb has autism. Caleb’s autism has afforded Mr. Chapman the opportunity to associate both personally and professionally, with numerous autism organizations, including Chrysalis Academy, Play ABA, and SARRC.
