Joel E. Sannes
Joel Sannes joined Udall Shumway PLC in 2015. Mr. Sannes focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has represented clients in almost every sector of Arizona’s economy in his 20 years as an Arizona lawyer. Much of his litigation work is in construction, representing developers, owners, contractors and subcontractors in mechanics’ lien, payment bond and performance bond disputes, disputes over timeliness, quality code compliance, and compliance with plans. Mr. Sannes has also represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions and disputes. As an attorney with years of experience in administrative hearings, bench trials and jury trials and appeals, Mr. Sannes can assist you or your business in breach of contract disputes, partnership disputes, cases involving fraud or breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duty.
