Renee Osipov is a member of the School Law section, representing the firm’s education law clients throughout the state.

Ms. Osipov had a career as an educator, teaching elementary education, for eight years prior to attending law school. Ms. Osipov received her JD from Saint Louis University School of Law. She has previously clerked at Hinshaw Culberson specializing in medical malpractice and health law. Before coming to Udall Shumway, Ms. Osipov represented clients in matters regarding Special Education and Teacher license issues including, State Complaint and Due Process Hearing regarding IEPs, Office of Civil Rights Complaints regarding 504 Plans, Special Education and Disciplinary Issues with School Governing Boards.

Ms. Osipov primarily focuses her practice on all aspects of education law and guiding clients through special education issues, school-related employment matters, licensing board defense, and student discipline.
