-Chris
I don't really have any words at the moment. I've been emotional since I read it. I truly can't thank you, Katie, and Mr. Everts for all of your help in this matter. This wouldn't have been possible with all of you so thank you for putting up with me. It's a giant weight lifted off my shoulders and I finally feel like I can move on with my life.
-Brittany
Thank you for taking to time to clear my “forgetfulness” and/or “wishful thinking!” I appreciate the clarification. I clearly recall that the “brass ring” was the cessation of spousal maintenance at the end of 2024. I forgot about the counter offer of 75% for the remaining two years. For the past two years, Steph was getting more money each month than I was taking home. That took a little getting used to. Knowing that this was a temporary situation helped me get through that. These next two years will feel like a pay raise, and then I will have completed my obligation. I greatly appreciate your sage counsel and timely responses, Steve. You have helped me over the years in more ways than just legal representation. Thank you.
-Steve

Extremely thorough and offered complimentary consult when most seasoned attorneys with his tenure would charge a minimum of $150-$200/hr. I was impressed he requested additional material to review/consider to provide a more thoughtful analysis of my case. no denying Steven is an expert and sincerely appreciated his time.
-
I also received the feedback from those in attendance, and every person who attended gave you, your presentation, and your materials high marks. It was our best reviewed CLE this year. Sincerely, Ashley B. Rahaman

Well after nearly three long and gruesome years, this matter has finally come to an end. The only thing left is for a strong summation and then to wait for the Judges decision. Your prayers in this regard would be very much appreciated. Anyway, my primary reason for writing is to personally thank each and every one of you for your help with my case. Everyone’s participation taken together is what made today possible. THANK YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS AT UDALL SHUMWAY. And for Steve, the correct pronunciation is You-dall
-Phil

“After meeting with a few recommended lawyers I was ready to go . Until a colleague said, you should meet with “my guy”. I said no I am ready to go now, I have been served (papers) already and I am running out of time. He said just meet with him you won’t be disappointed. After meeting with Steve, I realized “wow this guy has a ton of experience”. I knew the lawyer we were going up against was strong and aggressive with 20 years of experience. I didn’t want to leave my case in the hands of a rookie. Steve helped me with suggestions on evidence I needed to gather to help me as a father stay in my children’s lives as an equal co-parent with 50/50 parenting time. That was nothing compared to how he handled himself in the courtroom however. He was so well detailed and prepared it was clear who the top lawyer in the courtroom was. It was clearly a night and day difference. While the other side was talking about money, emotions, and dead end questions. Steve stuck with the facts that he knew were the most important parts to drive home the evidence needed to win the case. Before my results were released by the judge, I told everyone that no matter what happens if I end up losing ( which I didn’t) it is not because of my lawyer because he was outstanding. His passion and drive to win for his clients may not be noticeable to the naked eye, but trust me it’s clear that I won because I had the best lawyer by far. You will not be disappointed with Steve’s detailed, passionate, and experienced work ethic.”
-Jack
THANK YOU, MR. EVERTS! I prayed the “S” on your T-shirt stood for “SUPER STEVE!”

“I am still in shock over yesterday! Steve was spectacular! He handled everything in court with such grace, finesse and professionalism that it was amazing! Steve was able to settle all of our disputed issues and wrap up our divorce within 2 hours! Unbelievable! He took complete control of the situation, and settled everything in no time flat! I still can’t believe it. I was so afraid that this divorce was going to drag on for months. Steve is totally true to his reputation as being the BEST divorce attorney in Arizona! I am SO HAPPY with the results of yesterday’s court hearing. All I can say is this was God’s will, and Steve made it happen.”
