It is with the same commitment that we will continue to navigate the Coronavirus pandemic. We will continue to be transparent in our communication to our firm’s clients and contacts. As of Wednesday, March 18, Udall Shumway PLC has implemented voluntary remote operations for our attorneys and staff members. This decision is based on current guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and reflects our concern for the health and welfare of our employees and our community as a whole.
In order to provide seamless and efficient legal services and communication, we have made several accommodations to limit the impact on the firm’s clients and visitors. Udall Shumway PLC has secure remote access to the firm’s systems for its employees, and our attorneys and staff will continue to be available by phone during regular business hours and via E-mail. Our Firm also has the ability to meet virtually through telephonic or video-conferencing means, where we can work virtually with our clients and business partners when physical meetings are not advisable.
