Court of Claims
Claims for money damages against the U.S. Federal Government are heard in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Federal Court of Claims cases can involve federal contracts with private individuals, eminent domain cases or disputes over the United States’ obligations for payments owed. James Reed in particular has managed Court of Federal Claims proceedings at the administrative, trial and appellate level. They are supported by Udall Shumway’s civil litigation practice group, including other highly experienced civil litigation attorneys and paralegals.
