I am Bradley D. Gardner and my area of expertise is employment law. My practice includes the representation of corporations, governmental entitles and private individuals. Over the years, I have represented both employers and employees because of the unique perspective it provides me as to the tactics that work best in resolving employment disputes and, if necessary, winning in court.
No one likes to go to court. But if they need should arise; I have over 33 years of experience in both state and federal court. I have also handled cases on appeal and even the U.S. Supreme Court. I have pursued cases for employees and/or defended employers in the areas of race and sex discriminations, age discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair labor, investigations by the National labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, wage claims, overtime issues, COBRA and ERISA. I have also litigated cases involving defamation, invasion of privacy, fraud, negligent hiring practices, the intentional infliction of emotional distress, and class actions.
