The members of the Udall Shumway Education Law group recently presented at the Arizona School Board Association Conference held at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale.
The sold out event provided an extensive review of the challenges facing schools in providing a free and equal education for all. Top legal experts discussed issues of concern to school leaders and addressed specific questions in many smaller breakout sessions.
The Education Law Team spoke before school administrators on Special Education and the Law. Sessions included:
