School Law attorneys Denise Lowell-Britt and Jessica Sanchez have been asked to speak at the ASA 18th Annual Principal and the Law Conference on November 7, 2012.  Ms. Lowell-Britt’s presentation, “Special Education Issues Coming Your Way: A Legal Update,” will cover a variety of issues including individualized health plans, students records and transcripts, open enrollment, IEPs, and more.  Ms. Sanchez will present “Duty to Report – Avoiding the Penn State Tragedy: Principals’ Legal Responsibilities and Protection of Students.”
