Shana E. Mckee
Shana Mckee joins Udall Shumway PLC as a Non-Equity Partner, bringing over a decade of diverse federal litigation and advisory experience to the firm’s clients. Drawing on her background as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and as an Associate Legal Advisor with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, she is adept at navigating all aspects of civil litigation, from developing legal strategy to handling complex discovery and negotiating favorable settlements.
Prior to joining the firm, Shana also served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. District Court, managing a large caseload of civil rights and habeas corpus petititions for federal judges. This unique insight in the judicial process allows her to anticipate opposing arguments and position her clients for the best possible outcome.
